the on-site parking was bit tricky to figure out n could be pricey for a long stay. also, the restaurant meal we had was kinda dry.

The location sits beautifully at the riverfront, with charming cobblestone streets leading to historic landmarks like the minster. Rooms are uniquely named, giving a personal touch, and I stayed in a room that boasted elegant antiques and a cozy atmosphere.
The room was small and uncomfortably hot. Huge sash windows without proper privacy meant keeping the curtains drawn, which felt a bit suffocating during the day. Shower pressure was low, making for a less than ideal experience, and the mattress felt a bit too soft for my liking. I had to navigate a confusing maze to find my room. better instructions would have helped immensely. No on-site parking, only a few pricey meters nearby, forced me to park further away. A fridge would have been a nice touch too, especially since UHT milk isn't my favorite.

great food but parking fees are high
The food exceeded my expectations, particularly the Creme Brulee, which was the best I've ever had. The staff were exceptional, especially Renae, who was friendly and attentive during my meals.
The parking fee of £7.60 for 24 hours felt a bit steep.
